Security, people, service requests and infrastructure are connected in real community life, but their records often appear as isolated tasks. An intelligence layer should help explain those relationships without becoming an unaccountable decision-maker or a shortcut around permissions.
The Estalink approach

Estate AI-OS is the platform identity and intelligence direction for connecting permitted context across the community. The vision is to help people see what matters, understand an issue and navigate the right next step. Current core workflows supply foundations; the advanced intelligence service itself is not current V1 execution.
The richest community composition brings eight domains around one advisory core. Those connections do not merge their permissions or make every record visible to every user. The intelligence layer must remain within the authority of the person using it, with uncertainty and source context preserved. Human responsibility is a design principle, not an optional confirmation step after an autonomous action.

Suggest navigation
The system may suggest a next step or open the relevant screen. Navigate to Issue means finding the governed workflow, not submitting its action for the user.
Leave action with people
The authorized person reviews the source and makes the decision. Access approval, payments, security state, permissions and other binding actions remain outside AI execution.
