Secure / Estalink solutions

A thoughtful arrival. A clear departure.

Connect Resident invitations, Single Visitor credentials and Officer-led gate verification in the right Estate context.

Core workflow
Invitation. Officer verification. Recorded movement. Illustrative arrival; no physical gate control is implied.

Why it matters

Access & Visitor Management, in context.

An arrival should not depend on a forwarded conversation that nobody can reconcile. Hosts need to know what they created; Security Officers need the applicable credential and its current state. A departure also matters: entry history alone cannot explain whether a visit has ended.

The Estalink approach

A considered way forward.

Estalink brings the invitation and gate workflow into one governed journey. A Resident creates a visit for their own context, with required contact information. The resulting credential can be presented as a share card with a QR and complete fallback access code. A credential is not permission for an unrelated Estate, and presentation does not override lifecycle checks.

At the gate, an authorized Security Officer verifies the credential and records the appropriate movement. Creation reliability preserves the submitted attempt and supports reconciliation of uncertain results; users should not need to create another visit merely because a response was interrupted. Visitor History provides the canonical place to review the outcome in the host's own scope.

The workflow

From context to the next step.

  1. Prepare the invitation

The host enters the visitor information and intended visit details. The active Resident and Estate context define ownership, rather than a freely selected destination.

  2. Share the credential

After creation is confirmed, share the approved access card. The QR and fallback code are ways to present the same governed visit, not independent grants.

  3. Verify and record entry

The Officer checks the current credential state and performs an authorized check-in. Repeated operations must not create duplicate successful movement evidence.

  4. Close the visit

Checkout records departure. Hosts and authorized teams can consult the appropriate history rather than infer movement from whether a card was shared.

Capability focus

What connects here.

  • Single Visitor invitations and required phone contact
  • QR and fallback-code share cards
  • Creation reconciliation and same-attempt reliability
  • Human-led check-in and checkout
  • Scoped Visitor History

Designed for people

Clear responsibilities.

  • Residents hosting a visit
  • Security Officers operating the gate
  • Authorized Estate teams

Group Visitor Management supports multi-person arrivals. Approvals & Verifications explains authority boundaries; Estate Operations brings bounded movement context into the wider operational view.

Estate AI-OS relationship

Insight without taking authority.

The intelligence direction could help authorized people understand access context and navigate to relevant records. It does not approve visitors, open barriers or replace the Officer's decision.

Availability & deployment context

Visitor creation, credentials and gate workflows are core. The arrival artwork is illustrative: Estalink does not imply physical barrier control or live location tracking.

Capability availability may vary by estate, deployment and release phase.

A demonstration should establish which workflows are applicable to your Estate, who is authorized to use them and what integration or release conditions still apply. Illustrations on this page are conceptual, not customer records, live metrics or operational controls.
