Secure / Estalink solutions
Welcome the group. Account for each arrival.
Plan multi-person visits with scoped Group Visitor credentials, named members or available slots, and governed Officer movement records.
Core workflowWhy it matters
Group Visitor Management, in context.
A group is not always a single arrival. Some guests may be known in advance while others occupy available places. Treating every person as a disconnected invitation makes supervision harder, but treating a group credential as unlimited access loses accountability.
The Estalink approach
A considered way forward.
Estalink's Group Visitor workflow keeps preparation local until review and carries the scoped draft into guarded creation. The group credential belongs to the host's legitimate context. Named members and unnamed slots allow the gate workflow to account for the people arriving without representing a shared card as an unrestricted pass.
The interface separates reviewing a draft, submitting it and presenting the resulting credential. A changing Session or host context must not publish an old result into the replacement screen. At the gate, replay-safe movement operations protect successful check-in evidence, including the allocation of an unnamed slot. These gate protections are distinct from any claim about Group creation idempotency.
The workflow
From context to the next step.
Build a scoped draft
Prepare the group and the applicable members or slots before review. The draft belongs to the current host context, so switching accounts must not carry it into another person's visit.
Review before creation
Confirm the planned group and submit through the guarded creation flow. An uncertain outcome is not an invitation to keep pressing create or invent a replacement group.
Present and verify
Share the created group credential. The Officer selects the appropriate member or slot and validates its current eligibility rather than relying only on the card's appearance.
Record each movement
Check-in and checkout remain explicit gate actions. Replaying the same successful operation must not manufacture another slot visitor or another successful movement.
Capability focus
What connects here.
- Scoped builder and review
- Named-member and unnamed-slot arrivals
- Group credential presentation
- Guarded creation result publication
- Replay-safe gate movement
Designed for people
Clear responsibilities.
- Residents arranging group visits
- Security Officers
- Authorized Estate operations teams
Single Visitor Management addresses individual visits. Security Officer Management explains gate responsibility, while Operations connects movement records to a bounded overview.
Estate AI-OS relationship
Insight without taking authority.
Advisory intelligence could help explain group movement context. It cannot create members, allocate access or make a gate decision on behalf of an Officer.
Explore Estate AI-OSAvailability & deployment context
Group credentials and their gate workflows are core. This page makes no claim that Group creation has the same creation-idempotency contract as Single Visitor creation. Live GPS tracking is not included.
Capability availability may vary by estate, deployment and release phase.
A demonstration should establish which workflows are applicable to your Estate, who is authorized to use them and what integration or release conditions still apply. Illustrations on this page are conceptual, not customer records, live metrics or operational controls.
