    Equipment behind everyday operations

Concept plan, not live sensors or an operational facility system.

Why it matters

Preventive Maintenance, in context.

Reactive service conversations alone do not provide a maintenance programme. Equipment may need planned attention even when nobody has raised a request. Teams also need to distinguish a scheduled task from evidence that a qualified person actually performed the service.

The Estalink approach

A considered way forward.

Preventive Maintenance is a platform direction connecting asset context, maintenance schedules and service history. The aim is to support more deliberate care of shared power, water, lifts and other infrastructure, not to promise that failures can be predicted or prevented automatically.

An operational deployment would need approved service intervals, responsibility, evidence requirements and a way to handle missed or rescheduled work. Manufacturer guidance, local obligations and qualified judgment would remain important inputs. A dashboard or advisory signal could draw attention to a task without becoming a safety certification.

The conceptual journey

From context to the next step.

  1. Establish the care plan

Identify the relevant equipment and approved maintenance requirements. A future schedule should be grounded in the real asset and responsible people, not a generic timer.

  2. Coordinate availability

Consider shared-space use, service partner availability and operational constraints. Planning a service may require communication without implying automated closure of an amenity.

  3. Record the work

Connect the performed service to its work order and asset history. A scheduled date passing is not evidence of completion.

  4. Review the pattern

Authorized teams could compare recurring concerns with the service history. Changes to the care plan remain deliberate decisions rather than autonomous recommendations being executed.

Capability focus

What connects here.

  • Equipment-based schedule direction
  • Planned work and service-history links
  • Missed/rescheduled work context
  • Vendor and amenity coordination
  • Human-reviewed maintenance planning

Designed for people

Clear responsibilities.

  • Facility supervisors
  • Estate operations planners
  • Qualified service teams

Asset Management identifies the equipment. Work Orders describes execution, and Amenity Bookings could help relate shared-space availability to planned servicing.

Estate AI-OS relationship

Insight without taking authority.

Advisory insight could surface patterns and suggest a record to review. It cannot predict guaranteed failure, certify safety or autonomously schedule binding work.

Availability & deployment context

Preventive maintenance and full scheduling remain ecosystem direction. Current service requests are not an automated maintenance programme.

Capability availability may vary by estate, deployment and release phase.

A demonstration should establish which workflows are applicable to your Estate, who is authorized to use them and what integration or release conditions still apply. Illustrations on this page are conceptual, not customer records, live metrics or operational controls.
