Connected / Estalink solutions
A place in the community. The right context in the app.
Connect Resident registration, Unit context, profile management and everyday community workflows without crossing Estate boundaries.
Core workflow- Resident context
- Household profiles
- Separate App Access
- Scoped participation
Why it matters
Resident Management, in context.
A login identifies a person, but it does not by itself describe where that person belongs or what they may do. Teams also need to distinguish a registration awaiting review from active participation, and a Resident record from a Household member's separate App Access request.
The Estalink approach
A considered way forward.
Estalink gives Residents an active community context tied to the appropriate Estate and Unit. Registration and review have their own authority and lifecycle. Resident Home brings the relevant everyday workflows into reach without treating a role label as a universal permission.
The pending-review metric reflects current Household/Domestic App Access requests in the Resident's own scope, not obsolete profile-registration requests. Profile management, invitations, Help Desk and community interactions remain separate workflows, each with its own data boundaries. Switching accounts or contexts must not carry another person's records into the current screen.
The workflow
From context to the next step.
Register in context
The authorized registration workflow establishes the canonical User, Resident and profile relationship. Unit selection belongs to the exact Estate, and primary-resident rules remain governed.
Complete the applicable review
Pending registration is reviewed through the current authorized pathway. A retained historical record does not automatically establish active Resident access.
Manage everyday needs
Residents reach invitations, Household and Domestic Staff management, Help Desk and community content through their own protected surfaces.
Review current requests
App Access pending counts and destinations refer to the actual current approval flow. They do not reinstate retired registration-request screens.

Estate AI-OS relationship
Insight without taking authority.
An advisory community overview could help Residents find relevant tasks. It cannot approve a registration, reveal another household's data or change the person's authority.
Explore Estate AI-OSAvailability & deployment context
Resident profiles, scoped operations and the existing registration/review flows are core. Advanced household analytics and autonomous administration are not implied.
Capability availability may vary by estate, deployment and release phase.
A demonstration should establish which workflows are applicable to your Estate, who is authorized to use them and what integration or release conditions still apply. Illustrations on this page are conceptual, not customer records, live metrics or operational controls.
